Just a blank canvas in the PRO VAPE office and a team that usually speaks in tasks, deadlines, and numbers.

Today it was colors instead. Someone from the PRO VAPE team started. Someone laughed. Someone said “this looks terrible” — and then made it better. Layers appeared, ideas overlapped, control disappeared.

And somehow, without a plan, it became something we all recognize as ours.Not because it’s perfect (it’s not), but because everyone is in it.

Turns out, alignment doesn’t always come from meetings. Sometimes it comes from paint on your hands and not overthinking the next move.
