Taking Teamwork Outdoors: Navigating the Bends of the Gauja River

We took teamwork out of the office and straight into the scenic bends of the Gauja — paddles, prizes, and unforgettable energy included.

Our annual team event brought together colleagues from every corner of the organization: Pro Vape, the Salt Point retail network, and Pro Vape Polska. Connecting teams across borders and departments, the day was designed to celebrate shared milestones, strengthen bonds, and create lasting memories together outside of everyday operations.

Canoeing the Gauja, Riverside Luncheon & Outdoor Challenges

The adventure kicked off on the water with a spirited canoeing expedition down the Gauja River, followed by a dedicated stop at the iconic Sietiņiezis cliff:

• Scenic Midday Recharge: Teams gathered riverside for freshly grilled shashlik, cold drinks, and a vibrant live acoustic set by Riga Reggae.

  
  

• Team-Building Trials: A series of collaborative challenges put communication, agility, and friendly competitive spirit to the test along the riverbanks.

  
  

"Happy Hippie" Festivities: Creative Workshops & Employee Rewards

Transitioning back to the guest house, the event shifted gears into a colourful Happy Hippie theme, featuring hands-on experiences and celebration:

• Interactive Workshops & Contests: Colleagues participated in themed creative sessions and engaging group games.

  
  

• Raffles & Exclusive Giveaways: A dynamic giveaway lineup saw team members walk away with an array of exciting, valuable prizes recognizing their contribution.

  
  

Honoring Our People: Awards, Live Shows, and an Unforgettable Night

The evening centered around genuine appreciation with an official awards ceremony celebrating the standout individuals and teams behind our continuous market success.

Following dinner, the celebration went into full swing:

• Legendary Live Music: A headline performance by Žoržs Siksna and his band set the stage for an electric atmosphere.
