We took teamwork out of the office and into the bends of the Gauja – paddles, prizes and good vibes included.

Colleagues from Pro Vape, the Salt Point retail network and Pro Vape Polska came together from across every part of the business for our annual team event.

We canoed along the beautiful Gauja River before stopping for lunch at the scenic Sietiņiezis, where we recharged with shashlik, refreshing drinks and a live performance by Riga Reggae. Then, we put our teamwork – and competitive spirit – to the test in a series of challenges.

Back at the guest house, the Happy Hippie theme took over with creative workshops, activities and competitions, along with raffles and giveaways featuring plenty of exciting and valuable prizes for our employees.

After dinner, we celebrated the people behind our shared success at the awards ceremony. The evening continued with a live performance by Žoržs Siksna and his band, a DJ, a fire show and a party that lasted well into the night.

A day built around great people, genuine appreciation and the kind of memories that bring a team even closer together.
